Condition: Product must be unused and in original packaging.

Return Process:
  Share a video and photos of the product.
  Email them to bonjewel.custcare@gmail.com or WhatsApp 9318485218 with the reason for return/exchange.
  Our team will confirm within 48 hours if your request is approved.

Refund Method:
  Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment source.
  COD Orders: Bank details will be required for the refund.

Bonjewel's Discretion: Bonjewel reserves the right to approve or decline any return/exchange request based on the condition of the product.
